Heading into week 12 of the 2017 NFL season, we stand at a pretty solid place. Our overall record is 75-78-5. The fact that most everybody else is floating around that 50% threshold is giving me hope that we can succeed. We will finish above that mark. I’m sure of it.
Thanksgiving brought us wins, something we can all be thankful for. In the first game we had the Minnesota Vikings -3 in a 30-23 victory over the Detroit Lions. The second game (Chargers -1.5) ended with a Los Angeles 28-6 win over the Dallas Cowboys. Finally, the Washington Redskins (-7) defeated the New York Giants 20-10. Three victories on Thanksgiving! Nothing is sweeter than that. Except for the fact we are at that .500 mark heading into Sunday’s slate of games.
