100 Accomplishments I’ve Learned How To Be Proud Of

Lessons Learned Through Social Media Success

When I was in my teenage years, I was so lost. The media and society love putting millennials  down. What they don’t tell you about millennials is our generation has to work twice as hard as the previous one, while always feeling guilty about how little we’ve accomplished thus far. I was chatting with a younger friend of mine the other day. He felt like he was so far from where he wanted to be financially and career wise. I thought he was silly to put so much pressure on himself, so early in life. Then I remembered, it wasn’t so long ago that I was beating myself up the same way. Anyone who knows me knows that I struggle with giving myself any props.  I’m always putting unnecessary pressure on myself. So I decided to write this article as a positive exercise for myself, and to share with you guys just how much I have to be proud of. If you make a list every small thing you’ve accomplished the way I have, you may end up being just as surprised I was writing mine.

Life is tough. If you let yourself beat yourself up over every failure and put additional pressure on yourself, you’re going to experience some hard times like I did when I was younger. My advice is to try and learn the positive value and lessons that come with failure. This might have been the dumbest article I’ve ever written. It may have helped someone. I don’t know. Try making a list of small and large accomplishments just like this one.

Curious to see if you feel any better afterwards. Let me know, @TPRx11.

I promise you guys, it’s going to be okay.
